and unnecessary expenses.
PROBLEM
SOLUTION
The air
conditioner
does not work
at all.

Check power status and then operate the air conditioner again.
•
Switch on the circuit breaker and then operate the air conditioner
again.
•
Check if the air conditioner is turned off by Off timer or Smart sensor.
Operate the air conditioner again by pressing the
Power
button.
Front panel
remains open.
•
Check if there is a power failure.
•
Check if there is any object blocking the front panel from closing.
Remove the object and then operate again.
The temperature
adjustment is
not working.
•
Check if you have selected Turbo/Purity mode. In these modes,
temperature adjustment is not available.
Cool air does not
come out of the
air conditioner.
•
Check if the set temperature is higher than the current temperature.
•
Check if the Full HD filter is blocked by dirt. If there is a lot of dust on
the Full HD filter, cooling performance may decrease. Clean them
frequently.
•
Check if the outdoor unit is covered or installed near the obstacle.
Take the cover off and take the obstacle away.
•
If you want to operate the air conditioner in the sunlight, cover the
outdoor unit using curtains or etc.
•
If the doors or windows are open, it may cause poor cooling
performance. Close the doors and windows.
•
If you have selected Purity mode without selecting other mode, cool
air does not come out of the air conditioner. Press the
Mode
button
to select other mode.
•
Check if the pipe length is too long. When the pipe length exceeds
maximum allowable pipe length, cooling performance may
decrease.

adjustment is
not working.
•
Check if you have selected good'sleep mode. In this mode, you
cannot adjust the air flow direction since it is set to Auto.

adjustment is
not working.
