You can change your Voice Privacy setting during a call by using the

Voice
Privacy
. The following options appear in the display:
• Standard
• Enhanced

Highlight the Voice Privacy option of your choice, then

Data Settings
Voice Privacy lets you choose what level of voice security
(Standard or Enhanced) your phone will use.

• Data Off
— No incoming data calls can be received.
• Data for Next Call
— Waits for data call (not voice) for 10 minutes.
• Data Until Powered Off
— No incoming voice calls can be
received.

Highlight the Data Setting option of your choice, then

Phone Settings
Airplane Mode
When set to On, Airplane Mode disables all radio functions of
your phone. This prevents you from making or receiving calls, but
allows you to use other features (such as the camera and the
Tools) safely in sensitive environments, such as on board an
aircraft.

From the

menu, select
Phone Settings
➔
Airplane Mode
. The following options appear in the
display:
• On
— Disables the radio transmitter and receiver and the Bluetooth
interface in your phone.
Tip:
If you need to make an emergency call with Airplane mode enabled, just dial
the emergency number and press
.
• Off
— Enables the radio transmitter and receiver in your phone.

To return to the Phone Settings menu, press
.
3.
Highlight the desired option, then press
. You are
prompted to confirm your setting change.

Press
Yes
to change to the new setting.
•
Press
No
to discard the change and keep the original setting.
