When you have finished, press the MENU repeatedly until the menus disappear.

Your television contains an automatic degaussing system that is activated when the
picture colours are affected by magnetic interference. To degauss your television
screen, turn the set off by pressing the On/Off button (POWER) and leave it turned
off for at least two hours. Refer to page 18 for further details.

Each time you press this button, the name of the selected picture standard is
displayed for five seconds.

The contrast, brightness, sharpness, colour and tint(option) settings of the first
five modes are preset and any changes that you make will be lost when the
television is switched off by the On/Off button (POWER) on the front panel.

Changes made to these settings while the Custom mode is selected are
memorised and are recalled when you switch the television back on.
