This feature allows Samsung Service Center to diagnose the TV for issues remotely. Navigate to this option to enable
or disable the feature.
This feature requires you to consent to its user agreement before use and allows Samsung's expert engineers to
diagnose the TV, correct errors, update drivers, and take other necessary actions remotely. A pop-up window
displaying a PIN will appear after giving consent to the user agreement. Tell the service representative what that
PIN is.

Here, you will be able to find out the service and support website's address and telephone number, the model and
software version of your TV, the details about open-source licenses, and other information you need to receive
service and support.
You can also find out this information by scanning the TV's QR code.
Press and hold the (Play) button for five seconds or longer to access the feature. Do not let go of the button until the
customer info pop-up appears.
