How to play a VIDEO-CD
How to playback
Press your TV and Audio system Power buttons ON.

Press the OPEN/CLOSE Button
after pressing POWER Button.
•
Power turns ON, the tray opens and
the STANDBY indicator light goes out.

Load the VIDEO-CD.
•
Load the disc label-side up.

Press PLAY/PAUSE
Button.
•
The tray closes and playback
begins.
Do you want to stop playback?
Press the STOP Button or OPEN/CLOSE Button.
•
If you press OPEN/CLOSE button, the
tray opens after playback stops.
Do you want to stop playback
for a moment ?
Press PLAY/PAUSE Button.
•
Screen stops, no sound.
To play again
•
Press PLAY/PAUSE Button again.
TV/Audio Selection
To select the video mode, press
the TV/Video button on the TV.
•
Video mode may be marked as input.
Select 'AUX' or 'CD' in function selection
part of your Audio amplifier
•
Each audio amplifier is different. Please refer
to your audio amplifier owner’s manual.

When play is stopped, the unit records the point where STOP was pressed
(RESUME function).
Press PLAY again, and play will resume from this point. When the tray is opened or
STOP is pressed again, the RESUME function will be cleared.
•
When in VIDEO-CD 2.0 mode (menu on mode), PROGRAM, REPEAT, TIME SEARCH,
DISPLAY and RESUME function are impossible.
•
If the unit is left in the STOP mode for more than one
minute without any user interaction, a screensaver will be activated, and the TV screen
will fade in and fade out repeatedly. Press PLAY button to resume normal play.
•
If the unit is left 30 minutes in pause mode during play or menu, it will shut off.
