Setting the Security Function
This function prevents intrusion from outside while the residents are out. Once set, it
generates an alarm sound when the door lock is operated from inside.

This alarm sounds if an attempt is
made to open the door from inside by
pressing the [Open/Close] button, or
by turning the door lock handle of the
indoor unit.
Expose the registered card or key
tag to the card reader, or enter the
password, and then press the [

]
button.
The security function is automatically released when the locked door is opened from outside
by entering the registered password or exposing the card or key tag to the card reader.
Press the [Enter Number]
button on the outdoor
unit so that the number
pad can be lighted.
Enter the password and
press the [
¹
] button to
set the security function.
