Upgrading from another phone? Samsung makes it easy to migrate your data from your
old Android or iPhone using the Samsung Smart Switch Mobile tool available in the Play
Store as shown below.
If you’re upgrading from another Android, please install the application on both phones
and simply select the Android to Galaxy option on the old phone to proceed. Note, if
your current Android has a microSD card installed, you will see a message that the SD
card contents will not be copied over as you should be simply moving the SD card over
to your new phone, assuming it also supports an SD card. Select the content you wish to
transfer over to your new GALAXY phone and select Transfer on the phone that has your
content saved on it currently.
