3.5.9  Emailing Gauging Data 

The  Samsung  Tab  Active  has  WiFi  –  and  so  to  be  able  to  email  files  in  the  field,  the 
operator  must  setup  a wireless hotspot  with  their phone, and connect  the Tablet to  the 
internet through this hotspot – and follow the steps below… 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Press and hold on a 
historical gauging 
file – an option list 
will appear to : 
-Email 
-Delete 
-Select Multiple 
 
Press Email to send 
this one file and the 
respective photo. 

If Select Multiple is 
pressed, then each 
file must be selected 
as indicated by the 
ticks. 
 
 
To email all selected 
files, press the mail 
symbol.  

Type in the Subject 
and Body text of the 
email and press 
Send.
