Charging the Battery
Keeping track of your battery’s charge is important. If
your battery level becomes too low, your device
automatically turns off, and you will lose any
information you were just working on.
1.
Carefully slide the outlet connector into the
charging head (1). Make sure the connection is
secure.
2.
Connect the USB cable to the charging head (2).
3.
Slide open the charger/accessory jack cover.
4.
Insert the USB cable into the device’s charger/
accessory jack.
5.
Plug the charging head into an electrical outlet.
Note:
Long backlight settings, searching for service, vibrate
mode, browser use, and other variables may reduce
the battery’s active and standby times.
Tip:
Watch your device’s battery level indicator and charge the
battery before it runs out of power.
Note:
Although the battery comes partially charged. It is
recommended you fully charge the battery before
using your device for the first time.
