SAFETY-LOCKING YOUR MICROWAVE OVEN
Your microwave oven is fitted with a special Child Safety programme, which
enables the oven to be “locked” so that children or anyone unfamiliar with it
cannot operate it accidentally.
The oven can be locked at any time.
1.
Press the
Stop
(
) and
Clock
( ) buttons at the
same time.
Result:
The oven is locked (no functions can be
selected).
2.
To unlock the oven, press the
Stop
(
) and
Clock
( ) buttons again at the same time.
Result:
The oven can be used normally.
GROUNDING METHOD
Put to earth for the sake of safety.
Earth leads to prevent a short circuit or an electric shock taking place in a
humid environment.
In case of an earth terminal being included in a wall outlet:
•
Do not have to put to earth additionally.
In case of an earth terminal not being installed in a wall outlet:
•
Connect the one end of the ground wire
included in the box to the earth terminal on
the back of the product and then connect the
other only to a metal water pipe or wall outlet.
Avoid connecting the ground wire to the followings:
•
Gas pipe, Telephone wire, Plastic ater pipe, etc..

To cook food in the microwave oven, the microwaves must be able to
penetrate the food, without being reflected or absorbed by the dish used.
Care must therefore be taken when choosing the cookware. If the
cookware is marked microwave-safe, you do not need to worry.
The following table lists various types of cookware and indicates whether
and how they should be used in a microwave oven.
