- Water for cleaned rice

Put rice in a glass-bowl then add the
2 cups water.

Put in microwave use the power level
800 watt, 15 minutes.

Cover for 15-20 minutes before serve.
* Time is depend on rice brand and

tofu and
seaweed

100 g - Chopped ground pork, 2 strips -
Soft tofu, ¼ cup - Dried seaweed, 2 roots
- blended coriander root, 1 tb - oyster sauce,
1 tb - Fish sauce, ¼ ts - Pepper, ¼ cup -
Spring onion, 1 tb - Chopped coriander, 500
ml - Water
1.
Mix pork oyster sauce and pepper and
mold in to circle.
2.
Add water pork and tofu in the bowl.
Taste with fish sauce and put in
microware use MW power 800 watt for
6 minutes.
3.
Take out and put seaweed onion and
coriander before serve.

Cut off outside package.
