Defrosting guide
This defrosting guide is based on the condition that frozen food is between -18 °C
and -20 °C in internal temperatures. The standing time varies depending on the
food type (meat or vegetables) and serving size (thinner or thicker pieces of food).
•
Put frozen food in a microwave-safe container uncovered.
•
Turn it over halfway through defrosting time and drain well when complete.
