Minimum and maximum settings
All the features listed in the table below have minimum and maximum time or
temperature settings. A beep will sound each time a pad on the control panel is
pressed and the entry is accepted. An error tone will sound in the form of a long
beep if the entered temperature or time is below the minimum or above the
maximum setting for the feature.

Recessed rack position

If you use the Recessed rack, the recessed
ends must be placed in the rack position
above the desired position of the food.
For example, if you want the food to be
positioned at rack position 2, you must
place the recessed ends of the Recessed
rack in position 3. See the illustration on the
left.
