Repayment Authorization:
By enrolling in the NET10 Unlimited Plan you authorize NET10 to charge
your credit or debit card for all fees and costs associated with your NET10 Unlimited Plan both at the
time of enrollment and at subsequent intervals in accordance with the terms of the NET10 Unlimited Plan.
You will be charged the NET10 Unlimited Plan monthly fee plus applicable sales tax and other fees such
as E911 charges and other federal, state and local government charges. You understand and agree that
NET10 will continue to post charges to your credit or debit card until you cancel your NET10 Unlimited
Plan account. NET10 will notify you via e-mail to the e-mail address listed on your account each time
a charge is posted. You may review your payment history for the previous six (6) months at any time by
accessing your account on the “My Account” page on the NET10 website.
You agree to pay all charges posted by NET10 in accordance with the applicable terms of your credit or
debit card.
Customer Information:
Upon enrollment, you agree to provide NET10 your current, accurate and complete
contact and billing information, including your legal name, address, telephone number(s), e-mail
address, applicable payment information (e.g., credit card number), as well as any other necessary
information NET10 may request for purposes of identification, billing and marketing. You agree to keep
your account information current and notify NET10 immediately of any changes in your contact and/or
billing information. Changes to your account information may be made on the “My Account” page of the
NET10 website or by contacting NET10 Unlimited's Customer Care at 1-877-77NET10. All service
communications relating to your plan (enrollments, payment confirmations, etc.) are transmitted to you
via e-mail. Your failure to receive any e-mail communication, for any reason, does not relieve you from
any of your obligations under these terms and conditions. For your protection, NET10 will not accept
enrollment, cancellation or modification of a NET10 Unlimited Plan via e-mail.
9. CANCELING YOUR NET10 UNLIMITED PLAN SERVICE
You may cancel your NET10 Unlimited Plan at any time on the NET10 website or by contacting NET10
Unlimited Customer Care. NET10 may cancel your NET10 Unlimited Plan and/or terminate your NET10
Unlimited service at any time for any reason, including for non-payment, fraud, abuse of services or illegal
or unauthorized use of any NET10 service. Upon cancellation of your NET10 Unlimited Plan, no additional
charges will be posted to your account except for unpaid charges and any fees associated with prior charges.
If you cancel your NET10 Unlimited Service plan, or your NET10 Unlimited Service is otherwise
terminated, you will no longer have wireless NET10 Unlimited phone service even if you had
service days remaining at the time of cancellation or termination. NET10 Unlimited plan charges are
non-refundable. Upon cancellation or termination of your service, you will not receive a credit or
refund for any unused service.

10. LOST OR STOLEN NET10 UNLIMITED PHONE; UPGRADES
If your NET10 Unlimited phone is lost or stolen, notify the NET10 Customer Care Center immediately to
cancel your NET10 Unlimited Plan. Charges for your NET10 Unlimited Plan will continue to be posted until
your NET10 Unlimited Plan is cancelled or transferred to another NET10 phone. You may upgrade your
NET10 Unlimited phone at any time and transfer your NET10 Unlimited Plan to your new phone. If you
decide to change your NET10 Unlimited phone number prior to your Service End Date, or upon notification
that your phone is lost or stolen, your account will be deactivated and any unused Service balance(s)
will be lost and will not be transferred.
11. ACCOUNT INFORMATION AND PRIVACY
Upon enrollment in NET10 Unlimited Plan, you will be provided with an account password or PIN code.
You agree to protect the security of your account password or PIN code and not provide it to anyone.
If you believe your password or PIN code has been lost or stolen, or someone has gained access to your
password or PIN code without your permission, you may change your password or PIN code at any time
by logging onto your account at the “My Account” page on the www.NET10Unlimited.com website or by
contacting NET10 Unlimited's Customer Care. You authorize NET10 to provide information about and/or
make changes to your account upon the direction of any person able to provide your account password
or your PIN code. NET10 is not liable for any lack of privacy or security you may experience while using
the NET10 Unlimited Plan or our website. See NET10's Privacy Policy posted on the NET10 website for
more information.
12. NET10 UNLIMITED DATA SERVICES
With certain NET10 Unlimited phone models, you can access Data Services through WAP. Data Services
are additional services offered by NET10 Unlimited. Access to the Mobile Web is included in your plan.
You will, however, incur additional charges for downloads or purchases of Data Services.
Access/Purchase Data Services.
In order to purchase and download NET10 Data Services, your NET10
Unlimited phone must have active service. You will not incur Access Charges under the NET10
Unlimited plan, but you will be charged a Content Charge or Subscription Charge each time you select
and purchase content to download or if you subscribe to any Data Services. The Content Charges and
Subscription Charges vary depending on the type of content and/or subscription and these must be paid
for separately under the terms and conditions of the vendor from whom you are purchasing the content.
You may purchase and add a NET10 Unlimited Minute Bundle to your account in order to purchase
content, downloads, ringtones or other services from NET10. You may NOT complete these purchases
using the balance in your NET10 Unlimited account without adding a NET10 Unlimited Minute Bundle.
