• Aluminium
: un excellent conducteur thermique. Certains types d'aliments font noircir l'aluminium
Toutefois, les ustensiles en aluminium anodisé résistent aux taches et aux piqûres.
• Cuivre
: un excellent conducteur thermique mais se décolore facilement.
• Acier inoxydable
: un conducteur thermique lent entraînant une cuisson inégale mais il est durable,
facile à nettoyer et résistant aux taches.
• Fonte
: un mauvais conducteur, mais conserve très bien la chaleur.
• Émail
: les caractéristiques de chauffage varient en fonction du matériau de base.
• Verre
: un conducteur thermique lent. Utilisez uniquement des ustensiles en verre qui sont spécifiés
pour une utilisation sur la table de cuisson et dans le four.
Limitations de taille
ATTENTION

Ne placez pas de petite casserole ou plat
avec un fond d'un diamètre d'environ
6 pouces ou moins sur la grille centrale. Cet
ustensile peut basculer. Utilisez les brûleurs
arrière pour les ustensiles de petite taille.
