Operation
Preheating the oven
For convection cooking, it is recommended that you perheat the oven to
the appropriate temperature befor placing the food in the oven.
When the oven reaches the requested temperature, it is maintained for
approximately 10 minutes; it is then switched off automatically.
check that the heating element is in the correct position for the type of
cooking that you require.

Use the Number buttons to set a Temp up to 400 °F.

when the oven reaches the desired temperature, it will chime and
display show “PREHEAT DONE, PLACE FOOD IN OVEN”.
When the oven beeps, place the food inside and follow the
directions “ convection baking”, “combination cooking”, or “broiling”.

Convection Cooking
the convection mode uses dry heat to cook and brown food.

and evenly.
Convection cooking is ideal for foods that require browning or crisping
coupled with a short cooking time.
when cooking with the convection feature, use the short metal rack to
elevate food so that air can circulate completely around the dish.

The maximum cooking time is 60 minutes.
