Voice Assistant Issues
When the Voice Assistant isn't working, these steps may help resolve the problem.
The microphone is off.
Turn on the microphone switch at the bottom of the TV. Each time the switch is turned on or off, the screen displays
a pop-up window showing whether the microphone is turned on or off.
If the microphone is turned off, all voice recognition features and some sound features involving the microphone do not
work.
The position and appearance of the microphone switch may differ depending on the model.
The voice commands do not work well.

I spoke "Hi, Bixby/Alexa" but Bixby/Alexa does not answer.
When the TV is far from you or the ambient noise is so loud, the TV may be unable to recognize your voice.
