1
F - SENSOR
Connector Slipped-Out or Open-Contact, Wire
Cut or Short-Circuited, Abnormal Sensing Temp
(higher than +65
℃
or lower than -50
℃
)
The voltage between MAIN PCB CN30-"3(PNK)
↔
8(YEL)" should within 4.5V~0.5V
2
R - SENSOR
Same as the above
The voltage between MMAIN PCB CN31-
"5(RED)
↔
8(YEL)" should within 4.5V~0.5V
3
F - DEF -
SENSOR
Same as the above
The voltage between MAIN PCB CN30-"4(Org)
↔
8(YEL)" should within 4.5V~0.5V
4
EXT - SENSOR
Same as the above
The voltage between MAIN PCB CN30-"6(Yel)
↔
8(YEL)" should within 4.5V~0.5V
5
CSZ-SENSOR
Same as the above
The voltage between MAIN PCB CN30-
"1(BLK)
↔
8(YEL)" should within 4.5V~0.5V
6
F-FAN ERROR
When the related Fan Motor operates, it occurs if the
contact of the Feed Back Signal Wire is defective, the
Motor Wire is slipped out or the Motor is defective.
The voltage between MAIN PCB CN72-"6(RED)
↔
10(GRY)" should be within 7V~12V
7
C-FAN ERROR
When the related Fan Motor operates, it occurs if the
contact of the Feed Back Signal Wire is defective, the
Motor Wire is slipped out or the Motor is defective.
23The voltage between MAIN PCB CN72-
"7(BRN)
↔
10(GRY)" should be within 7V~12V
8
F-DEF ERROR
When the F-DEF HEATER is related to the
followings ; Connector Slipped-Out or Open-
Contact, Wire Cut or Short-Circuited, Defective
Thermistor When the Fridge does not complete
defrosting even after it does defrosting for more
than 70 minutes.
Remove the MAIN PCB CN70 connector from the
MAIN PCB and read the continuity between White
↔
BLK wires. (It differs according to the energy
consumption.) When it reads 0 Ohm, check the
Heater short and when it reads ∞ Ohm, check if
the Wire/Thermal Fuse or the Bimetal is Open.
9
CSZ Damper
Heater ERROR
It occurs when the Damper Heater is detected as
open due to the slipped-out connector, the open
contact or the open wire of the Damper Heater.
Remove the MAIN PCB CN75 connector from
the MAIN PCB and read the continuity between
BLK
↔
SKY BLUE wires. (It differs according to
the energy consumption.) When it reads 0 Ohm,
check the Heater short and when it reads ∞ Ohm,
check if the Wire/Thermal Fuse or the Bimetal is
Open.

COMP START-
UP FAILURE
ERROR
SHORT (CN301) between Comp. U/V/W , SHORT
(#1~33) between IPM PINs, IPM VOLTAGE DROP
(DC13.5V or Lower), ERROR DISPLAY when any
Error occurs in COMP or CYCLE
Check between Comp. terminals for Short
Check IPM Voltage [13.5V or Lower].
Check between IPM Pins [#1~33] for Short
Check Comp and Cycle

R509, R510, R511, R512, R513) or Assembly
Defect, Location Pickup Error Displayed when
COMP or CYCLE error occurs.
Check Resistance of R505, R506, R507, R508,
R509, R510, R511, R512 or R513 Check Comp.
Connections, Check for Comp. and Cycle itself
13
COMP MOTOR
LOCKING
ERROR
When COMP. gets restricted over 5 sec, COMP. runs
at over 5000RPM for 10 sec, there is Short between
R308 PINs or there is a problem in COMP or CYCLE
Check Resistance of R505, R506, R507, R508,
R509, R510, R511, R512 or R513 Check for
Comp. and Cycle itself
14
COMP LOW-
VOLTAGE
ERROR
When Input AC is lower than 106V or R517 is
SHORT (DCLINK Resistor)
Check Resistance of R517
15
COMP OVER-
VOLTAGE
ERROR
When Input AC is over 308V or R514, R515,
R516 is SHOR (DCLINK Resistor)
