using the analogue option
The built-in analogue option enables you to receive analogue satellite transmission.
Your analogue receiver has been pre-programmed with the most popular satellite channels. Refer the
Analogue Channel List for full details.
To set up the analogue receiver (assuming your TV has already been tuned to your satellite receiver,
otherwise refer to instructions in page 6 of the main manual)
1.
Unplug the receiver from the mains outlet.
2.
Connect the supplied RF loop cable between the RF Loop out socket and the Analogue RF IN
socket. (Alternatively, you can connect your dish directly to the Analogue IN socket.)
3.
Re-connect your receiver to the mains outlet and switch your receiver on.
4.
Follow the instructions on page 6 in the main manual and tune your TV to the receiver.
5.
Press the Analogue button to switch to analogue receiver mode.
You should now see a picture or a blue screen with a channel number.
Refer to your channel list and enter the channel number for the satellite your dish is set up to receive.
If no picture is seen, please your analogue option settings as described below:
on-screen menu system:
Pressing the Menu key will display the Video, Audio and System menus one after another.
Press ESC at any time to exit the menu system.
