While viewing your message, press the

The following options appear in the display:
• Erase
— Erases this message, if Unlocked.
• Forward
— Sends a copy of this message to other recipients.
• Reply With Copy
— Lets you reply to this message and include a copy of this
message.
• Save Quick Text
— Save the message text to your Quick Text list for later
reuse in other messages.
• Lock
/
Unlock
— Block/permit erasure of this message.
• Add To Contacts
— Save the sender’s number/Email address to your
Contacts.
• Message Info
— Shows the originator of this message, the date and time the
message was received, a callback number (if provided), the message priority,
type, and size.

Use the Navigation key to highlight an option. Press the

) to perform the function for the highlighted option.
Outbox
Your phone stores outgoing messages in the Outbox,
regardless of whether the message was successfully sent
or delivered.
Tip:
Verify whether and when a message or e-mail was successfully
received by enabling the
Delivery Ack
feature.

In standby mode, press the

), then press
(for
Outbox
). A list of your outgoing messages appears in the display.

Use the Navigation key to highlight a message that you wish to review,
then press the
Options
(right) soft key (
).
• Erase
— Erases the highlighted message, if Unlocked.
• Forward
— Sends a copy of this message to other recipients.
• Resend
— Lets you send another copy of this message to the original recipient.
• Lock

Unlock
— Block/permit erasure of this message.
• Add To Contacts
— Save the recipient’s number/Email address to your
Contacts.
• Erase Outbox
— Erases all Unlocked messages from the Outbox.
• Message Info
— Shows the recipient(s) of this message, the date and time the
message was sent, the message priority, type, size, status, and any error codes.
