A small gap appears around the outside of the device case

This gap is a necessary manufacturing feature and some minor rocking or vibration of
parts may occur.
•
Over time, friction between parts may cause this gap to expand slightly.
Removing the battery (non-removable type)

These instructions are only for your service provider or an authorised repair agent.
•
Damage or faults caused by the unauthorised removal of the battery are not
covered by the warranty.
•
To remove or replace the battery, contact your service provider or an authorised
repair agent.

Insert the device opening tool into the gap between the device’s screen and the back
cover.
Then, start separating the screen from the back cover by using the tool to pry them apart
as shown in the image below.
Take care when inserting the tool to avoid damaging the device’s internal
components.
