5. When Bell Records is displayed, press
key to enter the menu.
The first empty location is displayed. If there are three bells recorded,
the first location is displayed.
6. Press

key to select a location. Each time you press a key,
the base sounds the selected bell, if any.
7. Press
key.
8. After the beep, record your bell. During recording, the LCD window
displays the recording duration. The time limit for recording is 1
minute.
9. To stop the recording, press or
key.
Notes
:
• If an incoming call comes in while recording, the recording is
cancelled.
• If you record to a location which has a recorded bell, the location is
updated with the newly recorded bell.
• When recording, you should bring the bell sound to be recorded close
to the microphone.
• When the memory is full, you cannot record your ring bell.
Turning the Feature On/Off

: Before you turn this feature on, you have to record your bell.
1. In the My Bell menu mode, select
Bell Settings

2. Press

key to change the status. The selected option blinks.
3. While a desired options blinks, press
key. Selecting
OFF
deactivates the feature and the icon disappears. If you select

go to the next step to select a recorded bell.

key to select a bell. Each time you press the key, the
base sounds the selected bell, if any.
5. When the selected bell rings, press the

key to save the setting.
The icon appears in the LCD window. If you select an empty location,

Choosing Ring Tone
On the Handset
You can define your own ring sound. Ten ring tones are available.The
factory default setting is ‘Tone 1’.
1. In the Standby mode, press the
Menu
soft key.
2. Press the
soft key repeatedly until
Ring
appears, then press the
Select
soft key. The first option, Ring Tone appears.
3. Press the
Select
soft key to access the option.
4. Press the
soft key repeatedly until you choose a desired ring tone.
Each time you press the
soft key, the handset sounds the ring you
have chosen.
5. Press the
OK
soft key to confirm the setting.
My Bell (Base Only)
You can differentiate your ring bell from other handsets and bases by
recording your own bell. To use the feature, you have to activate the
feature on and select a recorded bell. You can record up to 3 bells.
