Messaging
To read and reply to a Text Message:
When you receive a text message, you will see “New Message” on your display
screen.
To reply to the text message:
1. While the message is open, select the left softkey
for
Reply
.
2. Compose your reply message. When you are finished, press
.
3. Press the left softkey
to
Send
.
Note:
The last preset message used automatically moves to the top of the list
when you send a new message.
Erasing Text Messages
To erase messages:
1. Press
for
Menu
.
2. Press
for
Messaging
.
3. Select
for
Text Message
.
4. Use the navigator to highlight the name of the Contact to see their
messages and press
.
5. Press the navigator key to select the message.
6. Press the right softkey
for
Options
followed by
for
Delete
.
•
To delete more than one message, navigate to the list of messages
under the Contact name, press the right softkey
for
Options
, and
press
for
Delete
or
for
Delete All
.
Voicemail
Setting Up Your Voicemail
All unanswered calls to your phone are automatically transferred to your voicemail,
even if your phone is in use or turned off. Therefore, you will want to set up your
Voicemail and personal greeting as soon as your phone is activated.
To set up your voicemail:
1. Press and hold
.
2. Follow the system prompts to create your passcode.
