Voice Dial
When your phone is in digital mode, you can call up to
20 stored entries by speaking the name into the
microphone. Using the Voice dialing option requires that
you first record the name of the person you are calling
so your phone recognize it.

This option allows you to record names and register
numbers for subsequent voice dialing. The phone
provides voice prompts and screen displays to guide you
through the recording process.
1. Say the name you want to program at the prompt.
The phone stores the name as a first sample, and
then prompts for the name again.
2. Respond to the prompt by repeating the name after
the beep. The phone stores the name as a second
sample, and then requests the phone number.
3. Enter the phone number by pressing the numeric keys.
4. To store the phone number, press
OK
. The name (if
matched up to Phone Book) and number display, along
with the notification

Tips on Recording Name
• Avoid recording similar names phonetically. If you
record a similar name to the one already in memory,
the phone requests another name.
• Speak clearly and naturally.
• The person who will use the phone should record the
name. The phone does not recognize the name if the
voice sounds differently.
• Avoid too long or too short name. Names with two to
five syllables are recommended.
• If this feature does not work properly, erase the
name, and record with another name.
• It is recommended to practice several times to obtain
best result.
• You can record up to 20 names. If you try to record
more than 20, the phone announces ’Memory is full’.
Review
Menu 5-2
This option allows you to review voice dial entries.
A list of your stored voice dial numbers display, the
names also display if stored in the internal phone book.
Press the associated key to select the desired entry, or
scroll to the desired entry and press
OK
. The recorded
name plays audibly. You can scroll through entries
without having to listen to each one, or you can listen to
them all as they play in order.
