A list of your Contacts is displayed. You can find a specific contact in
one of the following ways:
•
Scroll through the list using the Up and Down navigation keys.
•
Enter the first few letters to locate the desired Contact. If more than
one Contact appears, scroll through the list using the Up and Down
navigation keys.

To call the Contact, press
.
To edit the Contact, press the right soft key
for
Options
, and select
Edit
. See "Adding New Entries" on page 27.
Selecting Ringer Types to Identify Entries
You can assign ringer types to different Contact entries so you can identify callers
by the ringer you hear when they call.
To assign a ringer to a contact:
1.
Display the edit screen for the Contact. See "Finding, Editing or Dialing
Contacts" on page 27.
2.
Press the navigation key down until
Ring
is selected and press
.
3.
Using the navigation keys, select a ringer category and press
.
4.
Press the navigation key up or down to highlight and listen to the
desired ringer. Press
to select the desired ringer.
5.
Press the left soft key
for
Done
to save the changes to the contact
entry.
Selecting Pictures for Entries
You can assign a picture to a Contacts entry so that it appears on the displays
whenever that person phones you.
To assign a picture to a contact:
1.
Display the edit screen for the Contact. See "Finding, Editing or Dialing
Contacts" on page 27.
2.
Press the Up navigation key to select the photo area (if there is no
photo, this area will be labelled
Add Photo
) and press the right soft key
for
Add
. (If a photo has already been assigned, the right soft key
will say
Change
.)
3.
Using the navigation keys, select one of the following options:
•
No Image
: Leave the picture blank.
