If the problem persists, check the video output settings in the settings menu of the external device, and ensure that
your TV supports the video output mode.
FHD TVs support up to 1080p video output, and UHD TVs support up to 2160p video output.

If the problem persists and you are using One Invisible Connection, disconnect One Invisible Connection from the TV
and One Connect and connect it again. Make sure One Invisible Connection is not twisted or bent.
