Using t he wireless charger

You may need t o purchase a charger separat ely depending on t he wireless charger
you bought .
Place t he cent er of mobile device and Galaxy Buds on t he charging coil cent er, and
t he Galaxy Wat ch on t he wat ch charging coil. If you do not place t hem correct ly,
t he charging speed may decrease or t hey may not be charged properly.
Charging is not possible bet ween t he coils. Adj ust t he posit ion of your mobile
device and Galaxy Buds t o t he charging coil cent er t o charge t hem.
When you charge t he mobile device and Galaxy Buds or t wo Galaxy Buds at t he
same t ime, maint ain as much space as possible bet ween t he devices.
Wireless charging may not work properly if you have at t ached a t hick case t o your
mobile device. If your case is t hick, remove it before placing your mobile device on
t he wireless charger.
Charging more t han one device at t he same t ime may decrease t he charging
speed.
If you connect a charger t o t he mobile device during wireless charging, t he
wireless charging feat ure will be unavailable.
When charging a Galaxy Wat ch, updat e t he Galaxy Wat ch t o t he lat est soft ware. If
t he lat est soft ware is not inst alled, t he charging speed may be slow.
If you use t he wireless charger in areas wit h weak net work signals, you may lose
net work recept ion.
During wireless charging, noise may occur from t he wireless charger.
To save energy, unplug t he charger when not in use. The charger does not have a
power swit ch, so you must unplug t he charger from t he elect ric socket when not in
use t o avoid wast ing power. The charger should remain close t o t he elect ric socket
and easily accessible while charging.
