Press the [ ] button if you want to pause recording.

If you press and hold the [REC] button in power-off condition, the player turns on and voice
recording will start. It takes a minute until the recording starts.
■
You can listen to the sound at the same time with recording by using the earphones.
■
The microphone should face forward the sound soruce during the recording.
■
Beeps are disabled while recording.

Keep the external microphone away from the earphones during the recording. Otherwise, it can
cause noise on the recording.

Do not put the microphone too close to or far distant from your mouth. Otherwise, the sound
quality may be poor.
■
If the battery capacity is low, you cannot record.
So check the battery and replace it with a new one before recording.
■
Do never remove the battery during the recording. Otherwise, the player will not completely
record the file.
■
Continuing the recording time, the displayable time is 99 hours. Depending on the model, the
recording time indicates the sum of the possible recording time.
■
When changing the battery, the recording time shows 00.
CAUTION
Press the [REC] button again.
■
Voice recording stops.
■
The recording file is automatically stored in the selected folder.
■
You can save a maximum of 300 files in a folder.
