4.3 Video
Contains settings for picture position and gamma.
Gamma
- Adjusts the picture’s gamma correction (brightness of colour nuances)
H Pos
- Adjusts the picture’s horizontal position
V Pos
- Adjusts the picture’s vertical position
Default
- Resets the video settings to their factory defaults
Return
- Returns to the main menu
4.4 Channel
Contains functions for setting up TV channels.
Auto Scan
- Starts automatic channel scan (quick)
Full Scan
- Starts automatic channel scan (smaller frequency jumps, slow)
Fine tune
- Fine-tune the frequency for the current channel
Return
- Returns to the main menu
4.5 Display
Contains settings for different screen resolutions.
The following resolutions are supported. All resolutions support both 60 and 75 Hz refresh rates. If
your monitor supports 75 Hz, you are recommended to use this setting to obtain the best picture
stability. See the user guide for your monitor for details.
640 x 480 @ 60 Hz
640 x 480 @ 75 Hz
800 x 600 @ 60 Hz
800 x 600 @ 75 Hz
1024 x 768 @ 60 Hz
1024 x 768 @ 75 Hz
1280 x 1024 @ 60 Hz

When you select a new screen resolution, the menu item
OK
appears. Select this item and press
MENU
to confi rm the selected screen resolution. This is to ensure that you do not switch to a
screen resolution that is not supported by your monitor. In this case the monitor will go black and
revert to the previous setting if
OK
is not selected within three minutes.
NB:
You can also switch between the different screen resolutions by pressing the
RES
button on
the remote control.
