and the possibility of the appliance overheating.
-
Do Not operate the radiator control switches with wet hands.
-
Before any cleaning or maintenance the appliance must be disconnected and
isolated from the mains electrical supply.
IMPORTANT:
THE MCN SERIES OF OIL FILLED RADIATORS MUST BE
CONNECTED TO AN ELECTRICAL SUPPLY WITH AN EARTH
/ GROUND CONNECTION.
-

damaged and subsequently leaking the oil, then the appliance must be returned
to an official S&P dealer or supplier for repair.
INSTALLATION
The MCN range of oil filled electric radiators have been specifically designed to
be mounted in a fixed position on a wall or similar structure. For trouble free
operation the radiator should be installed in accordance with the following steps:
Location of the Radiator
The mounting position and configuration of the radiator will ultimately effect the
efficiency of operation and heat dispersal. To ensure the optimum operational
efficiency of the radiator; we would recommend that the appliance is installed
in accordance with either of Fig's 1-5, dependant upon the intended mounting
configuration.
