Control iPhone/iPod menu
1. During the
iPod
mode, tap the
/MENU/INFO
icon on the unit or press the button
on the remote control to enter the iPhone/iPod MENU mode.
2. Tap the
FOLDER/ARROW
icons on the unit or press the
FOL./ARROW
buttons
on the remote control to enter the desired menu folder.
3. Tap the
SELECT/MO/ST.
icon on the unit or press the
SELECT/MONO/ST.
button on
the remote control to confirm.
4. Tap the
FOLDER/ARROW
icons on the unit or press the
FOL./ARROW
buttons
on the remote control to navigate up and down in the iPhone/iPod menu.
5. Tap the
/MENU/INFO
icon on the unit or press the button on the remote control to
return to the previous iPhone/iPod menu.
Charging Your iPhone/iPod
1. Your iPhone/iPod has an internal non-removable battery, the battery may need to be
charged if the iPod has not been used for awhile.
2. You can charge the iPhone/iPod through the unit automatically under the
STANDBY
or
POWER ON
mode.
The iPod battery is 80% charged in about an hour, and fully charged in about a few hours.
If you charge it while playing music, it may take longer.
• It is not recommended to charge when using the TUNER mode. It may interfere with
the reception.
• To avoid damaging your iPhone/iPod or the unit please take care when inserting and
removing your iPhone/iPod from the dock.

Generation iPods.
Video Out Function
When any iPhone or iPod model with video playback function is plugged into the unit,
videos can be viewed on another display screen by connecting the VIDEO OUT socket at the
rear of the unit to the desired video display (video connection cable is not included).
• Tap the
CD/iPod/USB/CARD
icon on the unit or press the
CD/iPod/USB/CARD
button
on the remote control repeatedly to select
iPod
mode.
For iPod users
Simply choose the video file you would like to play and the iPod will (depending on your
iPod setting) display “Display on TV? Yes/No.” Choose “YES” if you want to play the file on the
desired video display.
For iPod touch/iPhone users
Simply choose the video file you would like to play and the iPod touch/iPhone will
automatically play the file on the desired video display.
