System Expansion Capabilities
4.1.1.
System Expansion via SATA Interface
The SBOX-5210 comes with a 7+15-pin SATA data and power combo cable connector which is connected to the
onboard SATA data connector and power connector. The interface is SATA 3.0 compatible. Users can expand the
system with a 2.5" SATA HDD / SSD drive.
4.1.2.
System Expansion via M.2 Interface
The baseboard comes with two onboard M.2 interface connectors with Key E Type 2230 and Key M Type 2280
support respectively. The Key E connector is intended to be used to install an M.2 WLAN + Bluetooth combo module
while the Key M connector is intended to be used to install an M.2 SSD card drive.
