Manually setting the clock
The DDR-63+ radio will normally set its clock automatically to UK time after a connection to the
Internet has been established. Should you need to set the time manually, change the time zone,
or manually switch from winter to summer time (GMT to BST - also known outside the UK as
daylight savings time), then please follow this procedure.
Press the Standby button to switch on your radio. To set the time and date press and hold the
Clock/Set button then follow steps 6 to 10.
To set all time settings press and hold the Menu button to access the menu for the current mode.
Press the Folder Up or Down buttons until 'System settings' is highlighted on the display.
Press the Select button to enter the system settings menu.
To change the time zone setting go to step 11. To change from winter to summer time go to
step 13. To change the current time or date setting press the Folder Up or Down buttons until
'Time/Date' is highlighted on the display, then press the Select button to enter the time and
date setting screen.
Press the Folder Up or Down buttons until 'Set Time/Date' is highlighted on the display. Press
the Select button to enter the clock setup. The day digits will fl ash.
Press the Folder Up or Down buttons until the correct day is shown on the display. Press the
Select button to enter the selection. The month digits will then fl ash.
Press the Folder Up or Down buttons to select the correct month. Press the Select button. The
year digits will then fl ash.
