Auxiliary input socket
A 3.5mm Auxiliary input socket is provided on the rear of your radio to permit an audio signal to
be fed into the unit from an external audio device such as an iPod, MP3 or CD player.
1. Connect a stereo or mono audio source (for example, iPod, MP3 or CD player) to the Auxiliary
input socket (marked ‘Aux In’).
2. Press the standby button to switch on your radio.
3. Press the Source button to select Aux in mode. The display will show “AUX”.
4. Adjust the Volume control on your iPod, MP3 or CD player to ensure an adequate signal and
then adjust the volume on the radio for comfortable listening.
Speaker out socket
To enjoy true stereo sound the WR-50 is sold as a "Package" to create a stereo sound
experience.
This package (WR-50P) includes the WR-50 AM/FM/BT Radio and 1 SP-40 External Speaker (not
sold separately).
Connect the WR-50 radios speaker output socket to Sangeans SP-40 speaker input socket with
the supplied speaker connector (included with the SP-40) When connected properly the stereo
indicator icon on the front panel will illuminate.
