SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

WARNING

: To guard against injury, basic safety precautions should be observed, including the following:

: Avoid exposure to direct or strongly reflected germicidal ultraviolet rays.

Germicidal ultraviolet rays are harmful to the eyes and skin.

Do not use this fixture for other than its intended purpose, as described in this manual.

Do not override safety interlock.

Do not remove any labels or devices.
