Emptying the Tank
CAUTION
Risk of injuries!
Do always wear gloves and safety googles when emptying the tank!
Before emptying the tank always turn OFF the
device and disconnect the power supply plug!
Unscrew the maintenance panel and remove it
Pull drain hose to the outside, remove tap (
connect extension)
and open valve to allow the release of residual liquid!
Do completely empty the device by tilting it slightly towards
the drain connection of the tank!
Do close the valve after emptying, put back the tap and stow
the hose inside the device.
Fix the rear panel.
5.12 Calibration
To make sure the tank filling level to be correct on the display this calibration procedure should be done for initial use
and frequently depending on the usage time by an authorized person.
1.
Place the device on a work bench.
2.
Do only use distilled water for the calibration.
3.
Close the drain valve (page 22, chapter 5.11).
4.
Connect the device to AC power and turn it on

Press “i” button
briefly to show the liquid level on the display.
6.
Fill in 650 ml of distilled water in the tank (liquid level 15 %).
7.
Press buttons “1” and “
3
” simultaneously.
8.
Device sets 15 % of water tank filling in the PLC.
9.
Fill in 3550 ml of distilled water in the tank (total tank filling = 4200 ml).
10.
Press buttons “2” and “3” simultaneously.
11.
Device sets 100 % of water tank filling in the PLC.
12.
Turn the device off and remove power cord.
13.
Empty the tank filled with distilled water (chapter 5.11)
