WARNING
1. Remove electric charge in the capacitor prior to measurement.
2. Because this meter applies a current to the capacitor to measure, it is
not suitable for measurement of electrolytic capacitors having a large
leak current as a large error will occur.
3. For capacitors having large capacitance, measurement takesa longer time.
