Remark:
When mounting the bucket, place the O-ring
(3) of bucket (4) to the position, as shown in
the right illustration, corresponding to the arm
pin (A). After the pin roll is inserted, align it to
the standard notch.
4. Reinstall the nuts and bolts onto the plate
retaining the pin rolls. Add grease to the
pin rolls.
Remark:
●
Inject sufficient amount of grease till the
grease is squeezed out of the end face.
●
Replace any broken seals when replacing
a bucket. The use of broken seals could
allow sand or dust to penetrate through to
the pin roll and cause its abnormal wear.

5.8.2.7 Bucket clearance - adjust
The bucket linking clearance must be readjust-
ed after your machine has been operated for
a period of time. When the linking clearance
is excessively large or small, it is necessary to
install or remove the spacer.
Place the work equipment
fi
rmly before ad-
justing bucket clearance. Stop the engine
and engage the hydraulic lockout control.
If the hydraulic lockout control is free,
unexpected movement of the work equip-
ment could cause severe accident.
