The display field picture information on the normal scan is made simply by reading out each field
data stored in the field memory with double scanning frequency repeatedly.
SAA4977H and SAA4991WP are controlled via IIC bus. The CPU of the TV sends the control
data to SAA4977H to control the display mode. The equipped micro-computer in SAA4977H
receives external commands via IIC bus and controls SAA4991WP to change the operation
through the SNERT-bus.
The system clock is 32MHz, f=fH x 1024 x 2
