This feature gives you more options for Caller ID on Call Waiting (Visual Call Waiting). At
the touch of a button, you can ask the waiting caller to hold, send the caller to your voice
mail service or have a conference with both first and second callers. You may be required
to subscribe to a voice mail service, Call Waiting and Call Waiting with Options to use
these features. Not all features are available in all areas. Check with your local telephone
company for details.
