1. Find your equipment’s brand

codes in the charts on pages 5
and 6. After programming is
confirmed,  enter  codes  in
spaces  provided  on  back  of
remote and below.

The 

RMT-U100

replaces  three  separate  remote  controls.  This

simplifies  the  operation  of  your  home  entertainment  system.
This  remote  will  operate  your 

Video  Cassette  Record e r,

Te l e v i s i o n ,

and 

Cable  Conve rter  Box

.  Simply  program  it

according to the directions in this owner’s manual. Then press
the proper function key (

VCR

TV

, or 

CABLE

)  to  operate  each

product.

The 

Sanyo Universal Remote Control

features 

large  glow-in-

the-dark  basic  operating  keys

. It also has 

function  keys  that

light

when a key is pressed. This indicates the active mode. You

never  need  to  wonder  which  component  the  remote  is
controlling.  Just  observe  which  mode  key  lights.  That’s  the
answer.

The 

RMT-U100

universal remote control comes with keys that

are preset to operate your Video Cassette Recorder, regardless of
the mode you have selected.

Installing The Batteries

Step 1. Remove  the  battery  cover  by

pressing  the  tab  and  tilting
the cover upward.

shown.  Be  sure  to  match  the

Do Not

mix new and used batteries or mix different types
