Simple installation
of your Video
Please read through these instructions and then fill out the preset allocation chart for the TV stations in your area. For
convenience we recommend that you use the same pre-set numbers for the TV stations as you use on your television.
Then follow the instructions one step at a time to set up your Video.

Put the batteries in the remote.
Connect up the Video as shown
on page 4. We recommend the AV
method as this provides for better
quality pictures.
Turn on the Video and then: -
If using the AV mode switch the
TV to the AV mode.
If using
OFF AIR
then tune the set
to UHF channel 36 as per the TV’s
instructions until you find a blue
screen. Store the station if the TV
has electronic tuning.

Tuning the TV to the
stations available in your area.
Press
to select the menu.
Press

to select
PR SET
.
Press
OK
. (The screen will change
to show this pre-set only).
Enter the channel number for the
pre-set number displayed.
(The TV picture will be displayed in
the background).
Press

to select
STATION and press
OK
. Select
the station name. If you set the
station name manually then press

and select it with

and
4
.
If you have finished press
.

Select
TIME DATE
and enter the
date and current time.
If today is 1 January 2003 then
the date would be 010103.
The time is entered using the 24
hour clock.
This completes the installation of
your Video.
Please read all of the instruction
book to get a better
understanding of it’s operation.
Pre-set/channel allocation chart
using the TV station channel
numbers by area chart select the
channels for your area. If the channel
number from 1 to 11 then please
add 70 to it before entering it into the
chart. (1=71, 2=72........ 11=81).
If there are any pre-sets you wish to
leave blank then enter the channel
number as 15 and this will cause a
blue screen to be displayed.
