WARNING:
Never let persons other than the operator come near the MEAT MINCER. The
use, maintenance and servicing of the MEAT MINCER are restricted to authorized
operators. They must be persons who are physically and intellectually competent to carry out
such operations.
NOtE:
When the MEAT MINCER is not in use, it should be protected from involuntary
caused maneuvers.

INstRuCtIONs FOR sAFE usE
Before using the machine, ensure that there are no visible defects on the safety devices and
that the stop button works properly.
MAkE suRE tHAt:
1) There are no persons other than authorized operators near the MEAT MINCER.
2) There are no foreign objects on the MEAT MINCER (utensils, cloths, etc.).
3) The MEAT MINCER does not emit any strange noises after being turn on; if it does, stop it
immediately and identify the cause.
BEFORE stARtING:
Never activate or adjust the controls if you are not authorized to do so or do not know how they
work.
Before starting work, the operator must ensure that there are no visible defects on the safety
devices. Do not allow any persons other than the authorized operators near the MEAT MINCER.
The operator must be familiar with the function of the stop button and check it regularly. Should
anything occur to undermine the safety of the MEAT MINCER, it must be stopped immediately.
If it is necessary to disconnect the safety device for the purposes of installation, maintenance or
servicing, this must be carried out exclusively by authorized personnel, who must ensure that
damage occurs to persons or the MEAT MINCER.
BEFORE stARtING AND DuRING pRODuCtION MAkE suRE tHAt:
• No foreign material is present on the MEAT MINCER.
• All protective devices are in place and connected.
• During the normal work cycle, never remove or disconnect the protective devices.
• During operation, be sure to note any unusual noises.
• Never handle the machine while it is running.
