INstRuCtIONs DuRING MAINtENANCE AND sERVICING
Do not clean the electric parts with water or other liquids.
Inspect the controls for damage and replace any defective pieces.
All servicing must be supervised by authorized personnel.
Always unplug the machine during maintenance and servicing.
Unplug the machine to prevent non-authorized persons from starting it.
IMpORtANt
Only specially trained personnel may carry out repairs on the MEAT MINCER.
During servicing, due caution must be shown to prevent damage to the MEAT
MINCER and to persons. Unplug the machine before working on electrical parts.
sIX-MONtHLy CHECk
Check all safety devices and make sure there are no oil leaks.
yEARLy CHECk
The operator must check the MEAT MINCER once a year to make sure that all safety devices
are working properly and that the various machine parts are in good condition; there is no need
to top up oil unless leaks have occurred.
GENERAL NOtE
For all maintenance and repair work, etc., employ only specialized personnel or contact the
manufacturer. The manufacturer will accept no liability whenever:
1)
The meat-mincer is used improperly or left in the hands of unqualified trained personnel.
2) The meat-mincer has not been installed according to the instructions contained in this
booklet.
3) The meat-mincer has not been correctly hooked up to the power supply.
4) The meat-mincer has been installed in a place that does not satisfy the conditions established
by the manufacturer.
5) The meat-mincer has not undergone maintenance.
6)
The customer has modified any part of the meat-mincer without the explicit approval of the
manufacturer.
7) The meat-mincer has undergone maintenance with non-original SPARE PARTS.
8) The user has not followed the instructions contained in this booklet.
9)
The meat-mincer has undergone the consequences of uncontrollable events such as floods,
earth-quakes, etc. and has been subsequently used without previous inspection.
Operators authorized to use the meat mincer must be specially trained and have thoroughly
examined this use and maintenance booklet.
