OpERAtION
The operator must always stand in front of the MEAT MINCER to ensure that he is adequately
protected by the machine’s safety guards.
Raise the knobs locking the mouth in place, insert the mouth and lower the lever, insert the
screw propeller, making sure that the rear end (female) correctly engages the drawing pin, and
turn the screw, holding it by the pin, until it moves into the right position.
Fit the blade set onto the square of the screw pin, being careful to turn the cutting edges
towards the outside.
Then insert the perforated die plate with the notch turned toward the pin located in the mouth.
Finally, turn the flywheel clockwise so that it exerts a slight pressure on the die plate and
therefore the blade.
Place the meat tray beneath the mincing unit. Start the MEAT MINCER.

INFORMAtION: prior to each work cycle ensure that removable
parts are properly fixed to the machine.
Recommendations for use:
The completely extractable mincing set on the version TC32P permits the user to place it in
refrigerators and other similar devices, even when it contains residual product. This feature
makes it possible to use the mincer at different times of the day without having to wash and
clean the various components after use, in conformity with hygiene laws currently in force.
