mixing minced meat or kneading heavy dough.
HOW TO USE THE BLENDER
1.
Remove the hooks or beaters before you insert the blender shaft into the mixer. Never fit it
while other accessories are inserted, otherwise the mixer will break down.

The speed control knob should be put in position "1" - "5" before fitting the blender,
otherwise the blender will not start.
3.
Insert the shaft with blade into the motor part, turn until it locks.
4.
Press the TURBO button and keep it like that to start the blender.

The stick blender blends and mixes fast and easily. Use it to maker sauces, soups,
mayonnaise, purees, dietary and baby food, mixed drinks cocktails. You can operate the
stick blender just as well in any bowl and pan or other container too. Should you want to
blend directly in the saucepan while cooking, take the pan from the stove first to protect
your stick blender from overheating.

To avoid splashing, insert the stick blender into the vessel first, and then press the switch.
Keep the switch pressed for operation. To turn off the blender, simply release the switch.
CAUTION

Do not continuously operate the blender for too long. The motor may overheat. Do not
allow the blender to operate more than 1 minute at one time. It should rest for 30 seconds
after 1 minute operation.

Never wash the motor housing in water.

Be sure the cord is removed from electrical outlet before taking out the rod from the motor
part.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
1.
Unplug the appliance.
2.
Clean the body of the appliance using only a dump cloth.
3.
Clean the beaters or dough hooks under running water or in the dishwasher. Rinse and dry.
4.
On completion of using your appliance it is strongly recommended that you clean the
accessories immediately. This will remove any residue food, making cleaning easier and
preventing bacterial growth.
