Warranty
1) Warranty
In case any failure occurs within the warranty period, SATA will take the responsibility for repairing, replacing parts and sending
replacement parts free of charge, provided the operation is performed in full compliance with the Operation Instruction and labels.
2) Faults that occur in the following cases are not covered by the warranty.
1. Faults and damages caused by improper use, inspection and storage.
2. Faults and damages caused by the negative effect of random alterations (modifications) on the product structure.
3. Normal replacement of consumables because of their natural losses.
4. Faults and damages caused by fires, earthquakes, wind disasters, floods and other force majeure factors.
5. Faults and damages caused by the use of non-specified components.
6. The incomplete warranty procedures. (E.g.: Information on model and body number unavailable)
7. Faults and damages caused by installation.
Besides, the hoses, O-rings and rubber parts for this product and other accessories are natural consumables and are not covered by the
warranty.
Attention: Faults caused by rust, corrosion and water do not fall within the warranty scope
3) Applications for warranty
According to the above provisions, please contact the distributor for warranty. The distributor is responsible for the necessary procedures.
In addition, the special conditions of warranty are at the final decision of SATA. Please understand and cooperate.
4) After-sales services
a) Abnormality occurs
Refer to the [Common Faults and Troubleshooting] in the Operation Instruction
B) Abnormality persists
Please contact the distributor to repair according to the warranty requirements.
c) Repair within the warranty period
The warranty period is 1 year. Free repairs will be provided according to the warranty
requirements during this period.
d) Repair after the warranty period
Please consult with the distributor
If the product functions properly and satisfies the user's requirements after repair, the repair will be charged.
If there is any doubt about the details of after-sales services, please consult the distributor.
Please tell the distributor the following information.
Model, equipment number (manufacturing number), purchase date, fault symptoms (as detailed as possible).
