Common faults and troubleshooting
Note: Depending on the design of model or due to different parts equipped, the part names listed in this section are not available on all

1 Too large air pressure drop

Selected pipe system is too small
The pipe valve is not in the fully open position
Adjust the valve to the fully open position
The selected pipe diameter is too small
Increase the pipe diameter
The pipeline is too long; there are too many
elbows and joints
Failure of pipe system; the system needs to be
redesigned
Excessive air leakage at the pipe connection
Reconnect after pressure relief to ensure good
air tightness
The filter in the pipeline is blocked
Replace the filter element
The selected air compressor is too small
The air volume (total) used by the terminal
station exceeds the rated value of the air
compressor, and the flow rate is naturally
reduced
Reconfigure the air compressor, replace
the air compressor with the one with an
appropriate displacement, or consider adding
an air compressor. Take specific measures in
combination with actual working conditions
Frozen evaporator
Fault in temperature switch or pressure switch
Replace the temperature switch or pressure
switch
Fault or blockage in expansion valve
Replace the expansion valve
Fault or blockage in hot air bypass valve
(solenoid valve)
Re-adjust or replace the hot air bypass valve

There is water at terminal station outlet
The bypass valve between the dryer inlet and
outlet is not fully closed
Fully close the bypass valve
The air does not pass through the dryer
Fully open the dryer inlet and outlet valves and
close the bypass valve
Large air flow, too large pressure drop
Failure of air supply system; the system needs
to be redesigned
The valve in front of the drainer is not fully
open or blocked
Check that the valve is fully open or clear the
blockage
Faulty drainer
Repair or replace it
The drain hose is above the drainer
Re-route the drain hose which shall be below
the drainer
The air compressor is too big and the dryer is
too small, which cause poor match.
Redesign the match
Abnormal indication of evaporation
pressure (evaporation temperature)
Too high evaporation temperature
Check the air supply load of air compressor
Too high inlet temperature
Install a cooler or an air reservoir
Polluted ambient air and poor ventilation
Select a suitable place or improve the
ventilation
Fault or blockage in expansion valve
Renew the expansion valve
Refrigerant leakage
Locate and rectify the leak point of the
refrigerant pipeline and add refrigerant
Fault in hot air bypass valve
Check the hot air bypass valve and replace if
damaged
Instrument damage
Check the instrument and replace if there is a
fault
