New Equipment is defined as a unit less than 60 days old
Existing Equipment: Existing Equipment is defined as a unit more than 60 days old

Options:
Options include: external rewind, external Ethernet, cutter, stacker, coax/ twinax, RFID etc. and are covered for an
additional charge in addition to the cost of the contract

• Options are considered: Cutters, RTC, Dispenser, and Internal Rewinder
• Option prices are good for both standard and next business day barcode contracts
• Option prices are per option, per year and in addition to the cost of the contract

End of Service Clause:
Should a printer model no longer be supported, some components may no longer be available. SATO America will place this model
under agreement with the understanding that in the event that a repair is needed in which the part(s) are no longer available, the remainder of the contract will
be credited at that time. The credit will be based on a pro-rated amount.
