This chapter describes how to set up a new job and how to edit a current job on the CS-
9018.
Before proceeding, make sure you have the proper slitter cartridge assembly and have
made the necessary adjustments for the job. Refer to section 2.11.2.3 “Changing the Slitter
Cartridge” for instructions on how to change this assembly, if necessary.
Chapter 6.2 contains a Job Setup Sheet that can be photocopied and used to document all
of your job settings. This will be a useful tool in the event of a loss of machine memory.

With the exception of Job 90, which is reserved for service tests, any job can be edited.

Continue to scroll
until the job to be changed is displayed.

Scroll through the menu for that job by pressing the
key until the setting to be
changed is displayed.
Note: Scroll in reverse by pressing the
key.
